SPARTACUS, 26 Nov 2014maybe it has 64+16GB=80GB, like they do on 1,5GB Ram(1 + 0,5)We have a dual chip design. Super fast 16GB chip (for a rapid boot and android apps loading times) and a "industry standard" fast 64GB chip, 80GB storage space in total. Ram is 3GB.
Anon, 27 Nov 2014If something's too good to be true, it probably is.
I will truly be surprised if this is for ... moreYes we are using a sharing services for the moment, but we will have own servers online in early January 2015.
At the moment we do not provide a customer services, we are just completing our manufacturing process and acquiring new factory capacities.
Anonymous, 27 Nov 2014Both the statusbar/notifications and nav buttons at the bottom is just good ol' TabletUI, whic... moreThank you, we were having a long debates before we went with the bottom design. We are really hoping not to disappoint.
Anonymous, 27 Nov 2014phone is austrian, not germanTechnically yes, we are Austrian, but our whole R&D department is from Hamburg, Germany so it is a German device.
Freddysuleman, 27 Nov 2014no wonder germany is the best country in the worldGermany????
Two world wars.......
THE worst country in the world.
Yes....why not ? Germans ought to be game...its not monopoly of finnland, korea or usa .Germans out to come with bang and wipe out pampered companies....i wish every success to Linshof....looking forward
Looks a bit Blackberryish to me. Anyway if this is true with such amazing specs and low price - I think somebody (Samsung?) will buy the company and shut it down. Who are Linshof anyway? What else do they do?
Linshof are into competitive tablets as well.
Picture and specs in the link below:
Cn Se, 26 Nov 2014this is SO fake
with the status bar and navigation buttons on the bottom of the screen
heck,... moreBoth the statusbar/notifications and nav buttons at the bottom is just good ol' TabletUI, which some idiot(s) at Google decided to remove from KK forward. Works waaay better than the standard phone UI on tablets 7" and up. I haven't tried it on a phone, but I can see how it would be useful on a 5" screen.
Anyway... I think this is a total BS, and this phone will never materialize. All of you guys sweating in anticipation are up for a big disappointment... :)
If something's too good to be true, it probably is.
I will truly be surprised if this is for real.
I also wonder how they will finance not only the hardware and promotion, but also the phone seems to include a VPN feature.

ShootingStars, 26 Nov 2014Wow, this is like the Range Rover of the mobile worldSo you mean it'll break down and be expensive/pain in the ass to fix?
Anonymous, 26 Nov 201480 GB storage . flash storage usually used are in powers of 2(16,32,64,128). You have seen the Samsung EVO SSD's? They come in 250GB, 500GB, 750GB, 1TB. I'm sure they can make phone storage in similar ways.
