Contacted them an hour ago and got reply just now. Not much being said they manager (Peter) they will ship to UK. that's all being said to me . Never heard of them neither my friend from Germany ever did about them.

heck, when i had HTC HD2, running Android 2.3 i made it look like this
and in the design part, both cameras seem ridiculously small, compared to other 5" phones

Just visited their website. Its a bit hard to digest what they are saying. They also have got pc and tablets for release and I don't think a company with zero online presence and brand unheard of will be looking to invest such huge amount into this business.
