note: update only via usb no ota.
in windows 8 and 8.1 it may brick the phone due to incompatible usb drivers. recomended update via usb on windows 7.

They may stop software updates for these phones, they have made fake promise earlier with Xperia SP. No wonder why Xiaomi is climbing the ladder quickly (Mi3 got the Kitkat). I will never buy any Sony product again.

I think M2 Aqua MUST get 5.0 Lollipop, because it is a 2 month old phone. I will buy a new phone to xmas, M2 Aqua is one of the candidates BUT if Sony not confirm Lollipop update until christmas, I will buy another brand phone. Maybe a Motorola.

AnonD-322662, 26 Nov 2014Better late than never.....So most of the time it means there will be no Lollipop for Xperia M2 devices.Just as they leave Xperia M on Jelly Bean.
