Thomas, 28 Nov 2014This is not true that WP8.* phones was and will be so many updates, but WP7.* phones is just &... moreWP7's Windows CE kernel was not compatible with Windows desktop OS like Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012. All the Windows Phone 7 devices were single core anyways. Windows Phone 8 is optimized for multicore processors. Since all Windows Phone 8 are on Windows NT kernel, they all can be updated to Windows 10.

This is not true that WP8.* phones was and will be so many updates, but WP7.* phones is just "sent" to dead. Microsoft sucks, their was promising feature updates for WP7.8 before 08.14, but latest update was WP7.8 as it is at 02.13.

Your biggest mistake was you did... moreSee,ive had lumia 800 running wp7.8 and all i was hoping for was to see a huge improvement with 635 over 800. I would consider wp best looking system (live tiles are just amazig idea) but its a bit useless. I couldnt figure out how to chcek date and time pic was taken. Eventually ive figured out how to attach pdf file in email but... that could be done in intuitive way but ms decided to make it as hard as possible. App store is a bit empty (even NBA doesnt support the app anymore!) U can call me troll, i dont care. Wp looks nice but its hard to live with it.

I have one of these 635 lumias. Biggest mistake ive ever made but bought it as a spare phone so it is hidden in the drawer and doest annoy me that much while there.

#Why Lumia has low sales:

there is limited 3rd party Casing for Lumia.
iphone, Samsung has plenty designer case for thier phone. Made in China, Affordable Price!

About 50% of people use casing!
The minimum Lumia Phone should have: a Free Casing..
till reach the stage that there is plenty of China Phone case for Lumia.
