Already there is a phone with all of these specs under rupees 10thousands. Its name is Galaxy Core prime.

Only display is poor.

Screen: 4.5" 720p ips lcd.
Camera: 5mp( or more if possible) autofocus with flash.
Processor: surprise everyone with snapdragon 410.
Ram: 1gb was good... Not anymore.
Atleast 1.5 or 2 required.
Os : ofcourse lollipop.
LTE : yea. Most welcome.
Speaker: front facing dual speakers with better quality(atleast).
Front CAM: Not needed unless it's of a good quality(put something better for the price of front cam, or give a better quality front camera).
Audio: Moto, plz try to concentrate on audio quality for entry level devices, since most people nowadays use smarphones as their basic music player..and don't give those shit earphones which are good for nothing. Cut it off as a price cutting need.
