Why is that a "problem"? Android 4.x with touchwiz looks almost the same as Android 5.x with Touchwiz, so what's the big deal?
At least the S4 has FULL call recording (including recording over Bluetooth headset) without root.
As for all the complainers about Touchwiz. What's the big deal, just install Apex/Nova or any other launcher. Sure a launcher only changes the frontscreen but some features of Touchwiz are nice to have. I like the TW camera app, the touchwiz notification toggles and the Samsung optimized browser is really fast.
So not all Touchwiz features are crap.

You must have a different S5 than me then. I find the S5 the most responsive S-phone to date.
I just hope to have full call-recording including call-recording from BT-headsets. Otherwise I'll go back to my Nokia 808Pureview.
At least all important telephony features works as expected on these old smartphones unlike all those "modern" devices. Meh!

i have an s5 and it's not even close to being laggy. I can sure say that the s5 is the best S phone to date, and the software is sharper than ever.

It's not available just yet. Not for the unlocked version, anyway. I doubt carrier-sold versions get it faster.
