it's our bad luck that we cant get android 5 updates because we are not connected with google. motorola company has sold to lenovo. under lenovo motorola 2nd genration phone has manufactured and geting lollipop updates. friends i have looking from 1 months in motorola's lollypop but it could'nt get till date. we have purchase this phone only in trust og google. but gogle has cheated us. google has loose his trust in market. i recomond you never purchase motorola in future. i have contected 3 times to the customer service for sudden internet disconnection and its failure. they have told me this problem may resolve through software updates. i got software update in june but i didn't see the resolve the problem in phone, again i contected to the customer representative again after long discussion he told me that i believe it may resolve after getiing software update. look till date i dint get software update. so how our problem will resolve? i advised you when ever you will go to buy a new phone see the service facilities of that company before byuing the phone.
any one is here from motorola reprasentative who can solv the sudden failure of internet connnetion in moto g 1st generation?
please guide me. iwould highly obligue you.
