I doubt that initially it would be available outside China...and based on its performance later it would be dumped outside its homeland. Having said that its still worth a short as the specs are too good to be true for $ 400 if its launched simultaneously in other countries.

Very interesting to see whether this v powerful device will either be shipped or bought outside of China... So powerful, could be a rival to Samsung flagships'?
I am still not tempted to upgrade on my Lumia 820 though, being frugal, its a sim only 13 month cheap contract with no new device. It still completes every function I require for a mobile, I am not spending for extra specs that really won't be worth the additional expense. Good luck with this phone from China.
