Guys don't buy Motorola devices anymore. Cause it belongs to lenovo now. Not in Google anymore. So we won't get the updates faster anymore just like Samsung.

Download the zip and copy it to ur internal SD card, then go to recovery (refer some YouTube videos) there u will see update from SD card and there u will find the zip and just click it and wait , it will take 10 to 15 minutes to get upgrade
after the process finished reboot ur device and u can see that the android is upgrading now enjoy the llollipo,I am telling in detail because the method in the link doesn't work for me

When its cming for moto e xt1022.
Thr was a date saying lollipop going to be available till end of dec 2014
But still its not here..????

Finnaly got the update the frst thing u will observe is the pulse notification light doesn't work in lollipop..over all performance is good n the battery saver is really great..
