It's not an independent investigation. And in case 1 they appear/pretend (God only knows) to be strangely clueless! I hope they would let their customers know whether or not their logistics partners are implicated in any way.

I have a Oneplus One and like the phone but I don't think I'll ever buy another oneplus product, next handset I'll buy will be a Nexus.
