After iOS 8.1.2 my iPhone 6+ battery life has gotten worse, battery life used to be awesome 2.5 days now having to charge after day and a half and with less use than before!!!

JP, 12 Dec 2014Even with the update (Dec 2014) it still sucks. My ipad locks up, web pages crash and reload... moreOS8.1.2 on my iPad2 is terribly slow, apps crash, mail crashes, Facebook and NPR crash, etc. Avoid it until this gets fixed.

Google for checking battery life cycle..if it's more than 500 or so get it replaced

I updated to iOS 8.1.2 and followed the instructions to restore my ringtones, however when I synced my phone, the ringtones and text tones disappeared again. But the bonus is, when you go back and try to restore them again, you can't because you've already restored the tones on that device once. Not happy!!

Even with the update (Dec 2014) it still sucks.
My ipad locks up, web pages crash and reload over and over, several letters skip when typing.
I have pretty much had it with Apple. Thank goodness I am due for a new tablet this holiday, Galexy here I come.

My iPhone 4s is working good after the updates...no problems here... I don't know why others tell that after the updates they have this problems and that and this.... Only one thing I can say is if yoy really have an iPhone we have the same feelings of satisfaction but if u are not satisfied u are not an iPhone user you just posted your fictional stories here... the battery life of my 6plus has gone down after updating, Apple for once did a good job and now seems to follow its tradition of lousy battery life for its devices. Grow Up Apple and look at you competition pls.

Apple has more control over their products compared to what Samsung, LG, and Motorola have for example. To this day, you still don't see any carrier logo or bloat on an iPhone, or iPad. They even have their own format for their MEID number.
For any 5S Verizon users be careful upgrading. We have 16 of them in our district for business use, and out of the 9 that people updated 5 of them black screened during the update. I'm trying to recover one now.
