usually Grand will be in the market in January.
It should replace Grand 2 LTE, @ the same price @ RM799.
unless it arrive Malaysia in December, RM849 is acceptable.

I expect it to be RM849 rrp when arrive to Malaysia.
For this price and specs, we could go for Meizu MX or Xiaomi Mi4 3gb ram 8mp selfie.
if it come late, i dont see it can stand any chance.

Now this is why Samsung will lose the market once again in Q1 2015. Remember the Tizen OS phone needed to be launched, now it is coming to one of the biggest android market phone country which is India.
Here the news:
The SM-Z130 will likely be called Samsung Z1 when it finally hits the market. It’s far from being a high-end device, but that’s not its purpose anyway, as Samsung reportedly plans to sell it for less than $100. The Z1 should sport a 4-inch display with 480 x 800 pixels, further featuring a dual-core 1.2 GHz Spreadtrum processor, VGA front-facing camera, 3.2 MP rear camera, and 512 MB of RAM. 3G, Wi-Fi and dual-SIM capabilities should also be on board.
Currently, Motorola have the Moto E which cost $100 but come with far much better specs 1Gb ram, 540 x 960 pixels, 4.3 inches (~256 ppi pixel density), Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 CPU Dual-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7, and running the 4.4.4 KitKat and soon to get Lollipop.
Android OS have all the Google services which you can find on any high end phone like the Galaxy Note 4 or S5 and millions of apps while Tizen OS still make is debut in the market.

Why would anyone buy this? Galaxy Grand 2 was only upgraded to Android 4.3, at least in China. Maybe Qualcomm is to blame (probably) but it's still bad.

the previous Galaxy Grand & Galaxy Grand 2 do not support USB OTG feature.
other phones in this price range have this feature.
