If we got those speeds in the real world that would sure be awesome. We will get 10% of that on a good day. Still, 10% of the 450 mbps theoretical cap will be better than 10% of the 300 mbps theoretical cap.

This is nothing more than marketing hype, no carrier now or in the near future will be able to give you these speeds.
