Its soooooo funny .. Microsoft should make phones with snapdragon 800 - adreno 402 with octa core cpu's with 5$ if they want to take the space between companies :D soo funny

Theoretically, they should be giving this phone away, as the Lumia 520 is now as low as $29 - search for Windows Central article using keywords (Amazon and Microsoft Store included), if you don't already know about it.

I assume it doesn't have rear camera. Battery, charger and USB cable is not included in the retail box. Thats how it will be cheaper than 5XX series :)

Anonymous, 14 Dec 2014what about 920, 925, 930, 1020, 1520...?those are upper mid-range phones in 2014, they would have been high-end in 2012 and thus his request for Microsoft to make a high-end phone

Kopi-O-Siew-Dai, 14 Dec 2014More low end craps from MS.... Seriously?!It is low, but smooth. And it will be upgraded to the latest windows os until more than 3 years.
Now see android. All of low end androids are LAG. and MOST of them will not be upgraded to the latest os.

This phone seem to not fit in anywhere, its too low end for mature markets and too small display for anywhere else. The dual sim option clearly points to emerging markets, same markets where entry level phone displays need to be big with low res. The world may look like that from Redmond but they need to get out more if they think this one has a chance.
