Hi everyone,
I bought a microsoft lumia 535 in January and phone was working perfectly till last week. It got fell down from my hand and that day it worked perfect. Next day as the battery got discharged phone got switched off and when I try to charge now the phone gets switched on and shows Microsoft and the battery charging symbol and again it gets restarted showing MICROSOFT for a long time. Can anyone suggest me what the issue might be? Did anyone experience the same issue before? Please help me to find what can be done.

i have also experienced the same problem with the touch, also while playing video files, video part is not displaying, and only audio part does.. kindly please fix this bug.
