I have a Nokia lumia 535 from globe postpaid plan after 1 week my phone will automaticaly off then when I open the phone the screen are blue plain screen and we have a sad face...how to fix my fine

My phone was not charging properly. 9%- 10% then back again in same charge. I buy this only 1 month ago. It seems that the current cannot be stored in the battery. Ihave check my battery and charger in other L 535 phone and it was working good maybe inside process is not. Please tell what to do.

my Lumia 535 is facing this issue multiple times since I have purchased it.
It's battery remains on 5% charge even after charging for the whole night. I sent it to service center & now its back...but after a week or so today again i am facing the same issue.
Is this a battery issue becoz last time the service center person told me that USB port of the phone has been malfunctioned so they repaired at zero cost as its under warranty.
please guide.
