Ist smartphone!! But had bad experience with Lumia 535.. Its touch is wrost.. It have wrost touch screen even than lava.. Please help me to fix this problem

Lumia 535 , the worst choice of my life. Touch screen problem is still live aftet updating aofrware by Care Center. Even thry are not ready to replace the Hardware. Waste of money. Microsoft should have known this problem. Who is the quality auditor of Microsoft? He must be check the model before introducing this Useless Product in Market. Even wind blow can open any application. Camara reault is worst. Why should anyone buy this fail handset? Does Microsoft has any answer?

the two big problems with 535 is touch problem and second poor battery back up...i used many phones but this microsoft phn is same as karbon or lava.i rate 1 marks out of 10
