switch off your phone.
press volume down and connect charger.
when the exclamation mark appear, press these buttons in this order. volume up, volume down, power, volume down.
let your phone be reset. it will take 5 mins.
NOTE: All your data will be lost when do the factory reset.

I bought my Lumia 535 in september 2015 this phone has been replaced 3 times with same problem the front light keeps going when dialing numbers.I was informed by a vodafone sales man this is a micrsoft fault but refuse to change for a different make which offered to pay any difference i was also inform that i bought the phone out right now this is my problem can anyone help me.

When i want to install any thing like whatsapp in appstore they asked for account , when i enetered the account they said u r already having many accounts so delete them first then u can use new acount , i m not able to delete them plz tell how can i delete them

My Lumia 535 gets hanged many a times, it just says loading..... for longer time. many times touchpad doesnt work preperly. and every time when i put mobile for charging, its touchpad either doesnt work or work wierdly.

how is it possible that this phone is less than a year old yet it keeps rebooting ,freezing the screen ,calling m contacts when its charging the screen refuses to respond many times ,the keboard types by itself random things when i urgently need to type .....whats going on with this lumia 535?
