My microsoft Lumia 535 is 30 days old. Some time screen touch is not working and i cant receive any incoming calls for 3-4 Hours. I have Updated .Master Reset.Formated in service center ...But problem is not solved....

it is very untouched things that missed by microsoft while manufacturing lumia 535 is that
1) sluggish touch which not comfortable
2) automatic zoom in of mobile like as desktop menu as large in view(screen resolution large as desktop computer)

My phone worked well before second update now it has hyperactive touch . first update is fine because it solved my restarting problem by considering this I updated again that created big problem can I go back?

Is this fix for the touch issues released yet? If so, please tell me how to get it. The phone drives me crazy at times, especially when I'm trying to reply to official e-mails as well as right now when I'm posting this comment.
I had a Lumia 625 prior to this and the touch on that was amazing!
