Samsung caters for everybody from the PREMIUM flagship phone the NOTE 4, which there is NO direct competitor down to entry level phones
In between this Samsung will release virtually every possible spec configuration, and then again in different colours
Samsung stupidly did this NON removable battery in the A7 or no microSD in the Alpha?
Why are there 4 "metal" phones with similar specs Alpha, A3, A5, A7
(Ok hopefully Samsung will stop releasing a new phone each week and stick the plan removable Battery PLUS microsd)
Xiaomi are NOT premium phones that compete with the NOTE 4 but mid range phones sold at dirt cheap prices

It also has a liability for patent infringement so could well be sued if it doesn't pay up
Finally Apple have only re-released the iPhone5 with a larger display added minor tweak and called it the iPhone 6
Anyone who say different does NOT know how to use phone comparison or appreciate that 2 years separate these phones

They all totally suck (Well Crapsung is barely acceptable with a few models, but still not close enough to what they should be).
Can't wait for project ARA, it should end the madness and aloow reasonable users to have a real high tech device, not a shiny toy for fan-boys

And they got the sales injunction because not only did they choose to infringe patents but also decided to ignore the legal notices by Ericsson whose patents they infringed..

Samsung fan boys are running away from such news. I know them by names and they are even reading this comment but want post anything until the see the light. But this time darkness is upon them and can not run away from the Chinese selling thunder that eating Samsung market day by day. Please, Xiaomi, Huawei, Lenovo Motorola we need same more quality android devices with cheaper price than Samsung.

Even with Samsung's market share declining, they still have a bigger one than Apple. Your beloved company.
And to note its people like you that start arguments on here referring to people as "Fanboys". Instead of writing utter nonsense, write something constructive.
So something related to the post, its not surprising that this is happening as they are releasing no upgrades/updates to there mobiles just a different series under a new name/number. But I feel that all companies are moving this way.
Just to note I use a HTC one mobile and iPad mini 2, I am currently looking to upgrade my phone and will take any into consideration but there all shit atm.

Eske Rahn, 15 Dec 2014Good job MS!! /S You 'only' had a 20% higher market share that you lost.... 3.0% from 3.6% /SBut they sold more phones, the market grew more than what MS lost in marketshare. I think thats remarkable for such a frustrating OS. Anyway, also need to remember that its mostly low end devices, the emergence of usable Androids in the lower segment in big markets like India must have hit Lumia sales pretty hard.

They will come by in sometime and explain how samsung is the biggest innovator and maker of the best devices (might even get a mention in about how apple turns to them for parts) :P
But trust me samsung fanboys are the only ones whose hate doesn't stop at apple.. They will go on to hate their android counterparts sony, xiaomi, htc and even hardware riavls likes qualcomm, tsmc etc.. Good they aren't into manufacturing SGlass yet then hey will hate corning for gorilla glass too..

The phone maker who doesnt want to sell phones, and their plan for the next two years is to sell 30% fewer phones (not a joke, duckduckgo it, they actually said it)
