I dont care what gsm arena say ok xenon would have been nice but these 3rd generation dual leds are bright enough!!! what is wrong with you people? are you blind???? n86 performs just as well in low light....

i think Nokia made the right decision, even though Zenon is the way to go for photography, when it comes to videos in low light you hit a rock. So i guess the dual led is the better allrounder and is suitable for more situations plus u can always use it as a handy flashlight. Good job Nokia,

When Sony is planning to release a cameraphone with 12megapixel with Xenon Flash .. Nokia is straying very much far from its way of thinking when it released the N82 feature packed Xenon cameraphone ..

(psst: my mobiles from now to before are Nokia N82, Sony K850i, Sony K790i .. yup the cameraphone freak here .. :-D)

Second!
Seriously, I don't know why Nokia is determined to make a phone without a xenon flash, considering the way the industry is going. If they want to be the imaging king of smartphones, they have to at least keep up with their rivals.
I still have my N82 and am quite happy to keep it until a suitable substitute becomes available, hopefully it will be a Nokia...but never know...

would've sold me if it had xenon

i dont understand why they try so hard to defend the dual LED instead of just going with xenon in the first place.

* hoping for a release of "N86-Xe" *

I have a N82 presently, N86 could have been my next phone if it had xenon since I generally prefer Nokia, but this is the first time I am eagerly waiting for a non-nokia phone (Pixon-12), I just don't understand Nokia's way of thinking.

Why on earth didn´t u put a xenon flash? You DO need a xenon flash. I am a professional photographer and I bet you my house that my old sony k 850 takes better pictures in dark conditions. I do not want to make a storm in a tea cup, but this information is completely biased.
Thanx so much for the awesome site.
