AnonD-111158, 16 Dec 2014Some sad facts:
1.- This tablet packs less horsepower than the average android wear watch.
2... moreTo be fair, look at the price. It's a trade-off between specs and build quality at that point. If you want to spend the same and get better specs, your tablet will be much less physically appealing. And it's up to you what you want to buy, and up to the manufacturer to make the ranges of tablets with different tradeoffs.
If you want build quality > specs, this is great. if you want specs > build quality, get something else. if you want better specs AND good build quality, you pay more, and those exist too. Nexus 9, or iPad Air 2 are great options.
you're right, it is a 16:9. the 4.3 is android version. It runs Jelly bean, not kitkat or lollipop.
Some sad facts:
1.- This tablet packs less horsepower than the average android wear watch.
2.- It has little chance of receiving Kitkat, let alone Lollipop.
That's a better looking 4.3 aspect ratio tablet i have seen...it looks like a 16:9 aspect ratio tablet.
It's already been on the market in Egypt for some time now(a month or a bit more Cairo ICT2014) with it's flip case and a 16Gb memory card for approximately $200 on souq.com with Egypt's local warranty.
The thing is Lenovo is no.1 interms of tablet sales in Egypt. I don't know if this model would make the necessary market splash as there are what I call 3rd tier or Regional Players like Tecno,G-tide and Infinix in addition to Archos and other Local manufacturers and tech rebranding companies. The price is a determining factor.Performace-to-price ratio.
