Rains, 16 Dec 2014The Microsoft CEO should be fired! He does not understand why Windows phone don't sell. I re... moreThey have sold 8 million lumias this year, those 8 million people who bought lumia, what do you call them? An illusion?
very interesting how this phone has the nokia branding, hopefully Microsoft listened to their loyal fans and decided not to change the branding.
plz ms do something new fast forgot lumia and do another thing bcause if u doing same thing nokia brand will be disappear and lumia 638 faults 1 no frnt cam 2 no flash light 3 poor battery atleast 2500 mah 4 more apps think about it
ttthanh14, 16 Dec 2014it need time? how can you compare an young OS with the other old ones? Right.. Compared to Android/iOS ,windows phone is young..
And believe me, Android phones in this price range lag like hell, makes you wanna throw ur phone out of the window..
And Camera Image quality?? Pathetic...
clearblack,gg3,s400,1 gb ram,4g...autofocus 5mp cam...and a $130 price tag ? time 2 switch from 620 :)
I will go for Microsoft 535 than this one, do they think that people will buy only 4g??
This phone may or may not bear the Nokia branding but if the quoted price, that is, 8,299 Rs is not wrong then this phone is a hit regardless of the branding. Snapdragon 400 coupled with 1 GB RAM? The current Lumia phones present in the market under 10K doesn't come with this processor! 4G at this price is an icing on the cake. No 4G phones except Redmi Note 4G (which is gonna land soon on Flipkart, now that the ban has been lifted) comes under 10K! The screen is 4.5 inches but the resolution isn't mentioned, I guess it is 480x800 WVGA, but the addition of Gorilla Glass 3 is a nice touch. It looks like there is no LED flash (not sure) which is a disappointment (At least it would have serve as a torch). Overall the specs to price ratio is justified if the specs and price turns out be true. Maybe, this phone will make me switch to Lumia.
The Microsoft CEO should be fired!
He does not understand why Windows phone don't sell.
I repeated many times - the major issue is the apps compatibility.
There are tons of apps available in both iOS/Android but not in Windows. This make switching phone is so difficult!
LTE Device at 8,300 Rupees.. Thats the focus point.. Another plus point is 1 GB RAM..
Below 9000 ( $ 150 ), there is 535 ( 5 MP Camera with Flash & 5 MP front ), then 630 ( $ 120 ) and 530 ( $ 100 - $ 110 ) at the lowest berth..
Another loose from Microsoft. How can they launch a phone without ffc nd flash.Android phones will thrash this phone in terms of sale.
Is Microsoft launching the handset with Nokia logo? (As per the pic posted in the news.)
Seems MS is following Shamesung! So many handsets!
First update all the existing handsets properly. MS had already confirmed that all OS 8/8.1 handsets will get OS 10. Are all these handsets capable to handle OS 10 update? Better to launch High end handset with OS 10 pre-installed in last quarter of 2015.
