AnonD-15182, 21 Dec 2014Now, reading the comments I did hard reset my G3 .. the battery drainage problem is solved.Now... moreCan u create restricted user in guest mode after factory reset? I mean the same way guest mode was there in 4.4.2 version where in you can control the apps the guest can access on your phone. Lollipop doesn't have that feature to restrict the app access, though it allows to create users but doesn't let me control their access to apps unlike in KK. I guess the guest mode from LG was far better than Google's "users mode".
Now, reading the comments I did hard reset my G3 .. the battery drainage problem is solved. Now it is lasting longer like before.the problem was in the update that needed hard reset. My suggestion to all users facing problems after lollipop update(INDIA), plz reset your phone.
I m using LG G3 Beat. Will it be also receiving lollipop update with the G3. Coz i havnt received the update yet
When will G2 get this update in india ?
Is G2 also getting the interface of G3 ?
Motorola released lollipop 5.1 for Moto G and Moto G(gen2) in US
Indian users will directly get 5.1 just chill guys
AnonD-219632, 20 Dec 2014When will SEA version update to lollipop???yeah... when will south east asian g3 will get lollipop??anyone?
i have done factory reset 2 times already but the battery drains faster, laggines & overheating problems were not solved.
All those facing issues after the update should Factory Reset your phone after the update.
Trust me guys, I'm so disappointed with this update. I had very high expectations from LG and it's lollipop update. User mode sucks when you change from owner. Can't restrict the apps for the guest. Instead of this "The Guest" mode in Kitkat was thousand times better and safe. I could hand over my phone to my son for playing games without any worry. Phone is getting heated too much.
Upgraded to Lollipop last night, much faster.. though little lag in changing from guest mode. icons could have been changed, during battery saver mode the tabs turn red. no idea about T Action(New addition). Adding new user is good one, but dont know how to access those files from Owner mode.
