How come its 3gb x 2 ???? It will be 4gb + 2gb. If i am not wrong, rams are muntplyes by 2. ( example : 2, 4, 8, 16, 32... )

Nothing out of the ordinary with these specs, we're now moving into 2015, so many standards are going to changes for sure and when you consider that many manufacturers by 2016 will be adding 4k displays to their flagship devices there is nothing fantastical about these specs, just what's expected. We all know technology in the mobile industry moves very quickly so why not believe these specs, I definitely do, but I would like 256gb and 512gb micro sd cards to be released soon as well as internal memory being increased to 256gb, can easily be done.

LOL Zeiss Sonnar with OSS on a 2.3" sensor, let alone a tablet? The Sonnar spec needs 11 glass elements, yet tablets/phones can barely fit 1.
This is like some spec-whores wet dream, physically impossible and will not happen ever. If this idiot of made this rumour up , did any ounce of research, he could've at least used Tessar instead of Sonnar.

4 gb would be ok but 6 gb of ram is too early for 2015. so I dont think its real leak.

What's the point of the big screen if you use it exactly like a phone? Unfortunately only samsung seems to get it. I say unfortunately because samsung devices are very cheap looking. After my iPad and nexus tablet collected dust, I sold them both, bought a note tablet and never looked back. It's ridiculous how useless modern tablets are made to be no less because they follow apple's so called "vision" (enlarged phones).

It'll be good to see devices come up with batteries matching up the screen sizes.....for example: 5000mah battery for a phone with 5" screen,similarly,a 10000mah battery for a tablet with 10" screen....that will be really nice for the battery geeks like me...
