I have Moto G (XT1033) and upgraded to 5.0.2 lollipop..its far better than 4.4 kitkat in my experience. The battery life is so much better and performance has been improved. If upgrading to 5.1 will dissapoint me, I'll stick to 5.0.2.

am having my moto g2 with lollypop is...in that os am having lot of problems like battery and network and heat.....the battery will drained very quickly........the heat was very high...if I didn't touch my phone it shows 37.5c heat....if the lollypop 5.1 was available for moto g2

Vipul Agarwal, 25 Jan 2015Lollipop is best, Please suggest how to silent mobile in Moto G 2nd Generation.there is no silent mode in lollipop pal. Do one thing press volume button and there u see three options 1.NONE 2.PRIORITY Mode and 3.All. First one i,e (None) makes your phone silent mode even "no interruption for alarm" that's all.

After update my moto g2 lollipop then network problem bettry problem bettry drain very quickly. And very sad heating prob now occure. i hate lollipop.

There r many issues with the lollipop update in my moto g2
#Battery draning out very fast more then kik kat....its battery saver mode is useless...no mean of it ....
#white background suck
#problem in tab... While switching to other app it tab get hang
#system is working smoothly......
#and many bug's
So Kit tak was much better then lollipop...

I am having 5.0.2 in my Moto G2.
Kitkat 4.4.4... moreNo u cant downgrade since its official rom guess would have to wait for 5.1 update and yeah moto g sucks with lollipop update was excellent on kitkat.

it is too slower than kitkat version , the working function will also slow .

i am using moto g 1st genration and its update with andoid virsion 5.0.2, now performance is slow comperision to kitkat..
dialer is so slow, app lounching is also slow, apps playing with lag.. resolve this issues
