Even i am facing problem of private number while outgoinig call in moto g. You said you changed your sim card that means you changed your number?
I do not to want to change my contact number but i want to get my problem solved of private number
Can anybody help me for this!!!

raj, 10 Feb 2015download ringtone cutter and cut set as a ring toneIts nt working I tried it. I set the ringtone from mp3 cutter.in setting the phone ringtone was the ringtone from the mp3 cutter.but in incoming calls the beeb sound only I heared

I can't set ringtone for my moto g,
Default moto g ringtone only work for my device. If I set any other ringtone means its not working. Plz give me a solution fr this issue

The incoming call is not displayed! Motog difficult to adopt with new version we need a complete tutorial for this new version with moto g....

hello everyone, when i receive any call i cannot hear their voice it's a complete silence even when i call to someone i am unable to hear any voice or sound ! But when i restart my mobile and check then i am able to hear voice...it is happening to me from 5 days. can anyone help me regarding this issue?

It seems Moto-G second generation is not supporting Android lollipop 5.0.2 update properly. You see under "USERS'after updation now two profiles have been formed in the mobile phone, the old one is You (Owner) and the newer is the "Guest". All downloaded applications are moved to Owner-Profile (Plus also contains Pre-Installed applications) and secondly, all Pre-Installed applications have been updated into the Guest profile. Now, if you set the mobile to Owner-profile you can enjoy all applications fully but for incoming calls you would have to switch on your mobile and after selecting call icon, select middle option the you would be able to answer the caller. But on setting the mobile to Guest-option you can receive the call easily but not be able to enjoy post downloaded applications such as facebook, whatapps and twitter etc. Now enjoy the phone using both profiles from time to time until a good solution is suggested.

Today after so many experiments i found the real problem of PRIVATE NUMBER issue in my MOTO G. I'm from Kuwait and here we have 3 mobile service providers (VIVA, ZAIN, OOREDOO). I noticed that whenever i make outgoing calls to any OOREDOO or VIVA numbers (calls should get connected), my call log shows the number without any problem. But the outgoing calls to ZAIN were showing PRIVATE NUMBER. Today i changed my mobile service provider to VIVA using mobile number portability facility and the issue solved. Now no more private number. But still now what was the problem with my sim card or my connection or the problem was with my mobile service provider or my MOTO G. This all got started after lollipop 5.0.2 update. Anyway thank GOD problem solved.

I was doing some changes in setting of my Moto g 2nd Gen, & suddenly voice start coming out about the function & then onwards it is not working as it was working earlier, I think I have opt for blind people function , I was trying to rectify it but can able to do it , now its very difficult to operate my mobile , now every time it keeps telling what is i am doing with my mobile.
Can any one help me to rectify this problem & bring back my mobile function in original format .

I have also updated my moto g second generation with android lollipop. Buts its not working properly in my mobile set.It hangs to much...even sometimes touch also not work properly.please anyone tell me how can I degrade my mobile....I wants previous version of anriod... Plz someone help me

When I make a call from my new moto g 2gen I get a message thst the dialled number is wrong. This has happemed suddenly
