AnonD-183154, 22 Dec 2014Seems like BlackBerry will be out the general market and live as a niche phone maker. For sure. Until developers start making more mainstream apps for it. Then the general population will look to Blackberry again.

Boeing will put Boeing 787's lithium battery into this phone. Boeing 787, the self-destructing airplane.

ssbatman21, 21 Dec 2014even pager is an effective way of communication......and crt monitors are still effective way ... moreI have been typing on a keyboard on computers since 1989. Why don't I start typing lke this no glssa. Autocorrect has made the experience somewhat better but still fails. I have so many people that say, I can type faster on glass. It isn't the best way to use someone. The main reason for having a non-tactile input method on a smartphone is allow for a bigger screen. It has nothing to do with "new technology".

Blackberry is creating hardware for business professionals who: a) have a tablet for personal use already b) have a second phone.

M and M, 21 Dec 2014Hahahaha, but BB has already been selling self-destructing phones; the Z10, passport and class... moreNot everyone wants to buy the same phone. Some people want a device that is built for security, productivity and has once of the fastest browser in a mobile device. Z10 has a great virtual keyboard. Considered the best of any OEM. Also, blackberry's hardware is considered to be well built. We have several Z and Q devices (for work) and they have outlasted the abuse that employees put them through over 2 years. Finally, if you don't like something, don't bash it, try to learn more about it.

Blackberry has 3.1 billion in cash, can buy your stupid behind tomorrow.

Anonymous, 22 Dec 2014How is the Z10 a stupid design?Im writing this from my Z10 and yes its stupid. BlackBerry is screwing their customers hard, the privacy breech in bb10 is so severe that its ridiculous to mention security in BlackBerry devices, what is security worth when your basic privacy is gone, even google is like the patron saint of privacy compared to BlackBerry.

Anonymous, 22 Dec 2014This BB Should be.in James Bond Movie. You do know that Sony is not planning to sell their rights to the James Bond movie franchise? What you are saying is the same as saying that Ford should use Toyota in their ads. What an epic facepalm on your behalf, so unreal.

Signed a deal with the Toronto Raptors. Just bought another security company. Their QNX car system has signed deals with multiple car manufactures. A lot of companies have now switched back to Blackberry since BES12 got released. They also signed a government-Vodafone deal.

                      Blackberry is far from dead.

All your data can easily be obtained and there is no security at all for Android (KNOX or no KNOX). In addition, an Android user in effect agrees to provide free information about themselves to Google for its marketing purposes. It is stupid to be legged over like that. Really dumb.

I am sure somewhere IBM had some electronic fuse in computers or something,,only the company could repair this electronic fuse if it was tampered with or security breached.
