While playing games ,the phone has been heated with in 10minuts.so I unable to play games in the mobile.

What about Nokia Lumia 1520!!!! Even though it has been updated to windows 8.1 but it still has the problem with touch screen woes !!

I sometimes got this touch screen problem. The bottom-right of the screen won't response my touch when it occurs. This seems to be a software problem. I found I can fix this issue (though not permanently) by turn the phone off then back on.

I am using it from the launching day (December 13, 2014) in Bangladesh and facing severe touch problem. Waiting for updating and solve the issue by Microsoft. when it is available in Bangladesh and my question is that is it really able to resolve the issue?

I am a service engineer in the U.S. The touch response issues with the lumia 535 is all because of the hardware. I bet software fix is no going to work.

those hating on windows phone and iOS are fools since these ecosystems though not perfect are miles ahead of android in efficiency. android is the only os that I see people clambering to replace their handset after an year or two.the os is plagued by fragmentation and the need for better specs each year.am using the 2012 lumia 920 and it still works like a charm and has the latest software (look at all 2012 android so called flagships)

Ann, 22 Dec 2014the tile screen looks just as messy as MSN website.Yeah, indeed. Good thing it's customisable.
