Desire 620 costs around 245$ in India while it costs 160$ in taiwan. Even the Snapdragon 410 version is cheaper than the Indian Mediatek one at 225$.
Its obvious how this one will be priced

The best pricing should be around USD149 or 119Euro.
or RM500.
The specs is only suitable to be a lower end in 2015.
Just take a look at Galaxy Core Prime and Microsoft Lumia 535, also Zenfone 4.5 and Xiaomi Redmi 1s 2nd generation and Lenovo Music Lemon K3.
