Looks like a step ahead device offered by Asus. Pegasus have 64 Bit SoC processor, 4G connectivity and 2 GB RAM. Price of this gadgets as revealed by Asus is under 10K and as per the price and specs it looks like the best competitor of Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G.

Thanks Asus for the useless aluminium on the bottom, seriously, they could've designed it better without that ugly aluminium accent, and the aluminium accent contribute to the thick bezels around the phone. And RedMi 2S has been leaked, hope to destroy the overpriced Galaxy A line and any competitors around.

The bezels seem extremely large and this is the main drawback I can see as otherwise, the specs are pretty good. Also whats with the name..why X002 instead of just X2?

So this phone doesn't support FDD LTE 1800 Mhz band 3? Pretty pointless to launch this phone outside China, I see but nonetheless, it's a good phone.

Xiaomi can compete with low... moreIts probably true that Samsung will have bigger problems in China the coming months but it will not be because of Asus. Asus making some cheap phones but F it, you really notice why they are cheap. I used to think Samsung tablets was bad, and they are, but compared to Asus tablets they are actually quite good. Of course, cant compete with even iPad 2 but still good compared to Asus. By the way, im talking about Galaxy Tab S 10.5 also, which i have tested, all the dropped frames in fairly simple games was shocking, best proof ever of what a waste of time it is to read spec lists.

This not a problem for Xiaomi but for Samsung it is a big problem. Xiaomi can compete with low price because they did it already but Samsung are to expensive. Samsung failure in China for sure.
