the video specifications on the nokia site is a mistake. It is said to be capable of VGA recording. There was a demo on youtube.

Yeah, it will be in the same league : Nokia 5530, LG Cookie, Samsung Star, all within the range of $200, relatively same specs..

Which one is the best? You choose..

Its good to see that nokia are releasing a touch screen to compete with LG who are the low end market leaders in Australia. I hope that the providers here go to option for it, I think the kids will go crazy over it.

The fact is where the signal is good i can surf fast even without 3g (3g drains the battery), and where the signal is bad i can't get 3g signal anyway..

well not all countries are like india and philiphine. Many have 3G as common thing and Nokia should cover all of that as well..
And these countries do not necesarilly rich. where people have a high income.. Indonesia for example. Many people here needs something cheaper yet have 3G connection because it's once again, common thing here..

yah nokia website isnt that accurate.. try comparing it with other phones on the nokia's website it will say its vga and 30fps then when you view the specs alone its qcif at 15fps... while video samples that came from the nokia 5530 are cought in vga... 3g ang gps are not advisable here in the philippines we dont frequently use it... i used it matbe 3 times in 4 years.. just to try it out... not advisable to use 3g here.
