Koreans are a little Nazi-minded.Always make the best models for Korea and for the others sent a good half garbage. They send Note 5 to USA Edge 6 + to EU.Screw Edge + keep it for your self.Their official web site is terrible too, can't order anything.
I use Samsung but probably will go to Meizu MX4 pro,

K1 has insane graphics, just imagine M1 that is more powerful and takes less power, and that's just on 28nm, now imagine it on 20nm. Nvidia could easily make a phone chip that eats SD810 graphics.

The S5 sold in Europe is still the old one, there is "S5 Plus" in Germany or somewhere, I haven't seen it ever, but it still has FHD screen unlike the korean LTE-A model.

S4+ was launched in Europe but it wasn't popular and the original S4 (i9505) is still sold. Asia had S4 i9500 without LTE.

Also the launch price in Sweden for Note 4 was $960.

What makes it worse is that people in India are paying around approx $950 for the old Note 4. This isnt new but has been done before.

AnonD-100960, 29 Dec 2014Not really, this is a korea only model.......Same as the S4 LTE-A and the S5 updated model, and even the old Galaxy S3 LTE, they all launched in Korea first and then replaced their previous models in Western Europe while Asia was being used as dumpsite for the older lower end models at the same price. Samsung kept fairly quiet about these things, they didnt want Asians to know that the "latest and greatest" models in Asia was already no longer being imported to Western Europe.

So yes, this new Note 4 will be the only one you can buy in W.Eurpope in a few months, and the Asians are told to continue to pay full price for obsoleted models. To make matters worse, the Asian countries with the least developed cellphone infrastructure, like India, got even lower models than more developed Asian countries like Philippines, Samsung used India and a few others as dumpsite for Exynos phones with no LTE.
