I tried this ROM today morning, first of all, there is NO extra customization option, completely stock 5.0, WiFi bug, wouldn't connect to WiFi no matter what I try, there are better ROMs available in XDA to try with much more customization options, no reason to try this until they add substantial amount of customization options like what CM11S has ...

I just worry, if they follow Xiaomi's ROM, and added some tracking and data breach issue. Xiaomi's Rom been uploading data to their Chinese server. (For their phone, doubt for others). I use Cyanogen and feel safe. Until there are safe reports, I won't even test it on mine.

Oppo makes Color OS not On... moreActually there is no shortage of information about the OnePlus One version with ColorOS, as that is the one and only version OnePlus sells in China (and is readily available everywhere).
It's the same phone only with different software, yet you can't get the Cyanogenmod version without waiting while you can pick-up at any second the ColorOS version and convert it to CM, which gives you the exact same phone (minus the printed logo of Cyanogen Inc. in the back).
I call it pretty telling of the importance of Cyanogenmod in OPO sales.

Zero problems, and it's actually been one of the best purchases i made last year. So this is just a counter-influence for anyone reading your post. I did order mine during the Black Friday special, so maybe they ironed out those past issues by then. Cheers.
