Tejas , 14 Oct 2016Redmi 2 not support Jio please help me if anyone is facing problem in activating jio sim or not getting internet when full towers are avialablein xiomi redmi 2 so please follow these steps:-
1) go to settings
2) go to sim card and mobile networks
3) select jio 4G option then in jio 4G option you will see access point names
4) click on it select "NEW APN" option
5) then click on '"NAME"option and text in it "internet".
6) then go to "APN" option and text in it "jionet"
7) then go to "APN type" option and text in it "default,ia"
8) go back and click on internet the internet option turns blue
9) your internet get activated
