For magnifying issues, try settings>ease of access and turn off screen magnifier and zooming.

If you want to check if the update have fixed touch issue try with multi touch test application. my 535 touch after update still not work fine.

I have updated my Lumia 535 dual sim yersterday, but I'm having again slight touch problems. and some problems in games like candy crush it was working slowly . . .
i don't whats the problem with it. . .
