I bought my Nokia 535 2-3 months ago and now its started misbehaving, touch is not working and many more problem. I was very happy with NOKIA 625, but I am very unhappy with Microsoft 535. What should I do? please help me...

My microsoft 535 is 30 days old. Some time Screen Touch is not working in a week. I cant receive any incoming calls for 3-4 Hours. I have Update.format in service center and Master Reset but problem is not solved.

I m using this phone 📱 since last 15 days and i m satisfied with this.. There is no any issues with touch but off Corse we can't use it properly when charging...but this happens to me in many phones like micromax Spice and also karbonn so i know this is not for worrying too much...
