For 190 euro I bought an Xiaomi mi3 with snapdragon 801, 1080p screen, 2gb ram, 16gb storage, 13mp camera, 3000mah battery.

This was over 6 months ago.

Why keep putting out all of these entry level phones?? Sure not everybody needs a flagship phone but why not drop the price of the GS4 and sell it in worlds markets as an entry level phone instead of putting out all of this low-tech garbage?
