Samsung needo a phone like this to win back the low end market share from Huawei and other OEMS who are making cheap phones. Not every one can afford flagship phones at high price good work Sammy. Please make it cheap.

4GB on board storage is unusable. Android 4.4 does not allow apps to be installed on micro-sd card. The user will not be able to install any apps or even upgrade the os. A big FAIL by Samsung. Also what is the point of LTE on such a low end phone? Does the target market look like they will subscribe to LTE? If Samsung is losing revenue they should look into the mirror and ask why they are producing such trash for the market.

Range 100 different models. There is no sanity in this. It's like how many grand max lite ace j, v x have we sold. Well there was one dude how bought v serie. What!!!! just one dude. Yeah. and how many ace series. well it was two families and a dog. Ok Ok stop whats todays agenda. We can make IO series. Well that is a good move. Samsung you are rubbish at best. No No No lets make L series. Its like ace but a little differnet ace. ccccc omfg

Samsung doesn't sell as much phones anymore, so the strategy is to release even more phones than before, and hopefully something will catch up?

A typical conversation between a customer and service rep:
C: I need a case for Samsung phone
                        S: which phone?
                        C: Samsung
                        S: THe model?
                        C: Galaxy!
                        S: Galaxy what?
                        C: Galaxy 5
                        S: Oh Samsung galaxy S5?
C: I think so, (pulls out the phone)
S: Doesn't look like a S5, let me see... looks like the S5 mini plus square root
                        C: Yeah, that's it
                        S: ok

Now, substitute phone with tab 4, tab pro, tab note, tab 3, tab S.. and you get the same convo every time.

Im very happy to see that Samsung isnt using this method for the J1, and hopefully that CPU isnt too shabby. Cant hope for GPU power but thats ok for entry level, simple games will still work fine, i bet even TR2 will look ok.

Im not into low end phones but looking forward to test the new entry level class with quadcores and 1GB RAM, who knows, maybe they have finally become useable.
