AnonD-89124, 13 Jan 2015great news :)Just got my update of lollipop tried installing it after the download but got an error message in the process .
Was able to restart my phone without loosing anything but I can't find the update again .
Can anyone tell me why ? Am using HTC one m8 GPE .

But probably "yes" HTC Desire 820 will get the update because the HTC Desire 826 has the same chipset (Qualcomm MSM8939 Snapdragon 615), and it has the Lollipop 5.0.1

again , i heard 64 bit processors works well on lollipop... and that was the main feature of 820
