AnonD-35392, 15 Jan 2015The s2 had an exynos chip and that is arguably the phone that put Samsung in the position they... morethe mediatek, exynos, a8 are all the developing chipsets trying to compete with snapdragon, the thing is those chipsets can never match the power of snapdragon, they just keep trying, what they do is copy the new technologies what snapdragon invents, how many companies have used chipsets completely other than snapdragon? every company will manufacture a budget,a midrange and a flagship mobile with snapdragon chipset built in, ofcourse the price would be high with higher price comes the higher quality, when s2 was released there was no snapdragon even if there was it was in concepts or developing level, now you should stop comparing the phones in idiotic way mr.snapdragon hater/exynos lover, compare the note 3 this mobile released in india with exynos in it it has no 4g support, no 4k recording or playback support, it was heating a lot whereas the snapdragon 800 version released elsewhere played and recorded 4k, it had lte support and it drained less battery, back to the start, when the companies realise that higher priced mobiles are not for all they will try to cut corners in all possible areas, first they start with the chipset, they will include the chipset with no real options the chipset which works for the people who say i need a mobile for calling and using whatsapp only, theres the reply to rubbish reply right in the face, with cheaper price comes lower quality phones, the phones for people like you who doesnt know the difference between snapdragon and the others

I don't know why people complain about Exynos...its really a great processor...!
The previous generations of Exynos were crap just like their previous generation AMOLEDs displays , but just look at the AMOLEDS now...they are the best displays available right now...so as the new generation Exynos is much better , way better than any Snapdragons...!
I have Note 3 Exynos version...it doesn't overheat and battery life is also excellent...

Recently exynos chipsets have proven to perform better than qualcomm solutions and now they also support 4G so there's nothing to explain.
Anyway keep in mind that overall performance of both chipsets is nearly identical so stop fight!!

Oh dear - Sammy must be burning the chipsets from cheating in benchmarks! Perhaps Samsung should lower the clock speed of the snapdragon 810 instead of running it at maximum!
