AnonD-265153, 15 Jan 2015Great move Samsung, now the Galaxy S6 will also face more overheating issues up to 41.5 degree... moreYou should try Exynos 5
Exynos 5 above is no more heating issues
Actually Exynos 5420 is 1st Exynos powered device for me, and it's way more cooler than S800
I don't know about previous gen Exynos device

the exynos 5433 appears to be better than the sd 805. maybe the next gen exynos will also be better than the sd 810.

u ppl get sum life... exynos 5 octa is much better than snapdragon 8 series, both 5430 n 5433 kills 800/801/805 chips of snapdragon in perfomance... battery efficiency is much better in exynos... there is slight difference in performance of gpu where adreno kills mali by a hair margin but in terms of processing exynos is still a beast... compare note 4 running exynos 5433 to a note 4 running snapdragon 805 then shed tears here...

Few other devices are known to use SD 810.

But Samsung needs an excuse to push exynos onto people, even if developers don't give a damn.

                Its just an excuse.
In fact, Exynos heated up a lot more, so far, in earlier iterations.

This fascination with having 20 f*ckin cores is bs. Why they make a phone using Nidia's processor.

I've never had a positive experience with Snapdragon CPUs mostly cause they over heat like crazy! Can anyone tell me a fix? i've used the 600, 800 and 801... so far the Exynos on my old Note 2 and S3 seem to run cooler...

My respect for the A7/Cyclone is growing all the time. When Apple announced it everyone laughed. Two years later, Qualcomm still can't get their sh;t together and release a 64-bit SoC that doesn't overheat. And it's still only an off-the-shelf design, unlike Cyclone's custom cores. At this rate, Apple will be three design cycles ahead of the competition when it releases the A9. Smh!

Great move Samsung, now the Galaxy S6 will also face more overheating issues up to 41.5 degrees Celsius just like the Exynos 4310 Octa on my Galaxy S4 after 15-20 mins of continuous browsing.

Its just a ploy by Samsung to push Crappy Exynos into their phones. Samsung is becoming disgusting day by day.
