Oh well this is an Apple thread and it's full of Android fans that are mad cuz now the memory of the iPhone is going to increase and I just want to know why all that rage...
Everyone knows that the iPhone S series were the hottest ones and if they are increasing the ram of the device I'm pretty sure that more improvements are coming and the kids are going to cry even more just because their android devices can't get better results/experience with less specs than a PC.

I have no any plans to buy apple too. For what we pay soo much money for iphone while there are better quality and functionality phones in half prices. Actually apple uses cheaper and lower quality hardware than Xiaomi. If you think ios is magical than android I don't believe because it can't do things as much androids do but may be simpler not
Better. The most important thing is that Apple sales phone in very high profit margin not high quality.

But unlike fandroids I don't put fanboyism above true facts..
You need 64bit to access memnory addresses for 4gb RAM.. It isn't true the other way around. Yes, 64bit apps need more RAM (but not twice as much as some people want you to believe) but it doesn't "need" a set limit of 4GB.. It depends on how the OS handles apps. And as iOS doesn't allow true multitasking, the used RAM is less anyway. So the 4gb story Qualcomm tried to feed you fandroids was bogus. They accepted it themselves in case you don't know..
Start reading true tech blogs rather than fandroid sites run by people who have no true knowledge of how things work.. Will help you a lot..

People pay a premium for Apple as it just works, and well across all their devices, and now with iPhone 6 in particular, it is secure. One cannot say that for any Android device, period, as one is entirely dependent on the manufacturer for upgrades etc. Android is a great look, and excellent gaming platform, but risky as a business tool. Me, I just use a Blackberry Z30 as I am more business orientated, and need security, without the Google spyware. Frankly I am very happy with the BBZ30 and consider its OS the best.

Don't tell me from you imagination, because the Xiaomi with 4 GB of RAM utilize the Snapdragon 810 which is Qualcomm's latest and greatest and is also a 64 bit CPU. It will also come with 64 GB of internal storage with, once again, half of the current iPhone's price! Why are you defending a greedy company like Apple? Are you people are really that blinded by Apple that you can't see right through them? I really feel sorry for you.

The new Xiaomi will have 4 GB LPDDR4 with half of the current iPhone price. Buy since Apple have only been using 1 GB of ram, this move will make their faithful blind fanboys go crazy over it. Congrats Apple, you guys sure are the best in ripping people's money.
