I have become callous to all these haters sprouting all over whenever there is an article here about blackberry, and what is common among these haters are their arrogance and ignorance.
I will take myself as a comparison to these stupidos. I love blackberry phones ( I have the 9860, Z10, Q10, Z30, Z3 and Passport) and I really love them for the usability, durability, the OS, the business image, the innovation and simply the "Being Different" from all these humongous and sickening sea of androids and iphones.
Now having said that, I do not go commenting against androids and iphones on articles about these phones. I respect the choice of other people if they prefer these brands and I see the benefit or value that these phones offer to its own followers. More importantly, I do not have the time to go hating these other phones. But alas, these haters here have the gall to comment and waste time and others' time and mislead others for no intelligent reason at all. So I really am appalled and at the same time outraged by the ignorance and stupidity and the one-up-manship of all these haters. So I say unto all of you: "Haters hate us because they ain't us." Go languish in your mediocrity while we aspire and are inspired by Blackberry!

It's funny how ignorant some comments can get.
1. News flash!!! Specs aren't everything. iPhones' specs aren't spectacular either but they are the smoothest machines out there.
2. Classic is not for you if you prefer touch keyboard, playing games and watching movies.
3. BB has the most latest and the only micro-kernel OS among the famous four.
4. Price is high because it's aimed at business customers. Don't buy it if you can't afford it.
5. BB OS can run most Android apps but Classic will be a hit slow for that. Not the ideal phone if you plan to run many Android apps.
6. To say BB is not cool is one thing. To say they are irreverent is plain silly. G8 and most of G20 leaders use it for a reason.

So people on here criticize the phone, the brand. Have they ever used the phone? probably not. Will they ever use the brand/phone, no again. They are incapable of grasping the fact that blackberry's target market does not include people seeking to use their phone to game or social network, but rather they target professionals and business men. So, a person who finds blackberry boring, or below par, is probably too immature to own one. I would like to these so called critics build/innovate a brand and sustain it internationally in a competitive market, and be one of the best brands around the world.

If you are thinking it as a joke than see the blackberry passport. Use it and tell me what you disliked in it and compare it to any modern device. Remember one thing blackberry passport is not aimed at watching videos or games. It is aimed at business.....

BlackBerry 10 runs super fast in a given hardware comparing to other OS. Price.. well, it is subjective. Yes, not 5, people can buy 10 phones as well, but for what? That is a lame arguement.
Rest of this comment is just rant , does not make any sense. If you can't afford, don't buy Classic. If it does not fit your useage pattern, don't buy it. Just throwing around terms like "failure", "focus" and "strategy" does not make a comment authentic. The questions one must ask to self should be
1. Does a high end QWERTY phone is what you require?
2. IF yes, do are you willing to spend the kind of money if you need it urgently?
Answer either yes or no and you are on right track.

BB is much better a phone than any Android phone. Lets not forget that we had nothing in the past but BB. Any android phone life is not more than 1 yr. where as BB last for atleast 1 yr. 6 months or 2 yrs.
