It has to be named the one m9 cause that's the best name! Not another name, we already got that. Finally with one a f*cking good brand so it's easy to know what it is whit such a kind of name...

leave the m7 - m8 - m8 eye alone don't come up with a name such as m9 make the screen bigger add better performance come up with a different name. (something similer like butterfly or dna)

No update for HTC ONE Max.

Plan to jump ship to Oppo or Vivo high end phablet with cheaper price and better support of software update.

The leaks says it will have 1080p screen, not QHD. Why they wrote it will have QHD screen, anyway?

For me, HTC should really just update the camera. The battery is good, and with Lollipop will outstanding more, so if it has more mAh will be just better, but not really really necessary.

                          You're not the only one.
I strongly prefer FHD resolution as well. Less computing power needed, less battery drain, faster and more fluid experience.

5" is a right choice IMO. We have 3,500 mAh worth battery rumored here, however, another websites is quoting 2,840 mAh. If it's 3,500 mAh, then I'll throw my hard earned money over it for sure...

I've had HTC phones since the first Desire and loved them but since experiencing Google Cardboard I've decided my next phone will have an OLED screen, so HTC unless your M9 has an OLED screen you'll be losing my business - as good as your phones are you cannot ignore the greatness of OLED. It's unlikely but I have my fingers crossed!

Used to love htc. Now they're copy cats and keep on disappointing.. Their low and end mid phones arent that good plus the software.. Most phones get stuck or you'll wait for a whole year to get an update after which a new os replaces the old one and you still haven't got the outdated version even

I would preface HTC releasing a flagship of qhd 5 inches and a very outstanding screen to body ratio, that would be a cool jointed affair with a big battery..."just me hoping"...
