Reg LG F320L Korean Version
The update is available in INDIA also. But the update from LG is not OTA upgrade. So you need to do it by connecting your device to LG PC suite and from then do upgrade.
And there is one issue in upgrade. You cant make any call with +91 as prefix. So for that,
go to call setting --> International Access Number --> set it to 00.
No it will work fine

Fix : go to call settig --> Chnage the INTERNATIONAL ACCESS NUMBER to 00
It will work.

Have you figured out other issues like +91 calling, korean letters in Phone app (I am using true dialler t avoid this). Messages app restricted for 80 characters(I am using Handcent sms to resolve this). QRemote not showing indian remotes

The only problem I am facing is I can't make any call with +91 appended to the number. Haven't got a solution yet.

This is not true!! If they are not updating the G2, are they going to update G3?? Only?? Be logical and make sense man! Samsung is still updating its 3-years old devices!! So is LG!
It started rolling out and somewhere in Spring it will come to G2!!
