Snapdragon 615 and snapdragon 810 has huge problems of overheating with speed throttling beyond 1.4 Ghz. Other oems are pushing out snapdragon 615 already as qualcomm does not want to lose market share and reputation and is providing incentives of low prices to these oems to put the processor. The oems also does not also want to lose out on the marketing gimmick and are not being responsible and advertising with clock speeds higher than the overheating problem allows.

Lenove ships with kitkat 4.4.2 with their own laggy vibe UI and no further updates, Moto g already ships with near Vanilla Android 5.0.2 with guaranteed future updates. plus Moto g has 16 GB internal so less heavy on battery and prccessor to read from sdcard whereas lenovo a6000 has only 8GB internal.
Moto g has usb OTG whereas lenovo a6000 doesnt. Moto g even has dual stereo speaker and better camera module with more capability. Most importantly Moto is giving better service in India than Lenovo provides as lenovo only wants to sell it cheap and charge huge price mark-up for its almost non-existent repairs and services something that xiaomi adopts in India as well. So Moto G and Lenovo a6000 are two different category phones and moto certainly makes up for the price difference.
