Who would buy a smartphone ... moreMust admit my BBZ30 is great for what it does and completely undervalued in the market, that is its usefulness, but is still overpriced. The BB OS is a cracker jack of a system, and who wants to waste their time all day playing games. Get a life, and quick before your maker taps you on your shoulder.
The passport is one device I'd like to lay my hands on after all the positive reviews from experts and ordinary users
Coool i am gona. Buy this one

Who would buy a smartphone who has so little apps and games? Who would buy a device that is different and isn't meant for the mass of people? I would and I did! I bought my passport within 2 days after I played with it :). I hate samsung by definition they charge way too much for those plasticky "flagships" or smartphones. The only smart thing about them is the marketing campaign. The bottom line is this: if you are an android or ios fanboy just walk away, this device is way too sophisticated for you
AnonD-193514, 18 Jan 2015who the hell wants this crap"Crap"?! WTF ?!? This is one of the best mobile phones ever made!! You can't callit "crap" just because you don't have the intelligence to understand the quality level of it. I'm not a BlackBerry fan , but man!! This phone is so awesome. The only thing I don't like is the non removable battery because 2 batteries are always better than one ( I always carrying 1 spare battery for my phone because 2 batteries are always better than one).

Ron, 17 Jan 2015They cant event launch an el cheapo Blackberry mobile in Australia. You cant "event" spell right. So you are saying Blackberry can't produce 50 numbers of these gold blackberries? Did you read the article at all? STFU.

And, why dont you ask that of the iphone, which is prohibitively priced for its real value? Passport is much much better than any iphone, and yet it is priced lower. Get your logic right.
How about Blackberry you reduce the price for the standard Blackberry Passport? It's almost the same price as an iphone.

They should make a blackberry that keeps the mini HDMI so they can still call it a business phone.
The HDMI allows people to plug directly into a projector and do a power point presentation so you don't have to carry a laptop around all the time but the Dumb ass John Chen and his wonderful ideas got rid of one of the best tools on the new blackberries. and Yes removable batteries would be nice as well.
I hope John Chen reads this I have sent tons of email with no reply.
The company is a punchline...i would rather buy gold pencil shavings. This a phone that no one wants ! wait 200 k phones lol ....try 10 million in 1 day
Anonymous, 17 Jan 2015they should made one with removable batteryIt really doesn't need a removable battery. Its like lumia 1520. Brilliant battery life and as long as you don't install android apps it never freezes
