For all you who are complaining..kindly understand that its your incompetence in ordering. Not to complain the next time..if you are keen to buy it the next time- follow these steps,
1) First make sure you are registered and ready for the sale. Check if you are reciveing an email just before the sale about the YU sale (may be check with Amazon CS before the sale)
2) Log in 10 mins before the sale - dont wait the whole witout eating anything
3) Prefer desktops over laptop with an excellent internet connection
4) Have on eye on the countdown timer in the amazon website and not on the network time in your comp. Coz the server refreshes itself and gets you a "Buy now" option. If you are going to miss the server refresh due to you repeated F5 or referesh clicks...you will miss on it for sure.
5) As soon as the "Buy now" is active...GRAB IT and select COD to complete the sale immediately.
I have got 2 Yu's in the first sale and 2 during the second. I am enjoying it..so do others.

The price was shown has Rs 12400 /- when it is actually announced 8999 -/. This is really fooling the consumer

Go and login amazon before 10 mins of flash sale. Keep refreshing the page continuously by using f5 button. When add to cart shows suddenly click the button and checkout the order in between 15 mins. Finally it shows ur order successfully placed.

I registered for it, grabbed it in cart but payment could not be made due to technical fault by Amazon. Amazon website is not so accurate as compared to Flipkart. After calling to their helpline they could not resolve their technical faults.

so the price is actually 9k as announced, but put as 12k and to give the satisfaction of 3k savings, well that's a old wine in a new bottle kind of marketing, i think it will work :D
But could really ditch this quick sale thing and I am not able to find a specification page on gsmarena about Yureka Yu

AnonD-355103, 22 Jan 2015I think its a new way of marketing...when they knew that 3 lakh people were registered they wo... moreamazon india is as dumb as micromax... i clicked add to cart button in less than a second n still was kept in waiting list... i refreshed the page again n again but another option of adding to cart never came... also the actual system is rather different than the step which they send through email... they told the waitlist will start after 15 mins but it was there for 45 mins while there was no mention in step procedure where it is written that u have to wait for an hour which actually happens instead of 15 mins timing.
