I'm having great difficulty with not having a silent option after upgrading to lollipop. The None option shuts down all notifications whereas all I want is to keep the phone on silent but be able to see who calls me or messages me. Moreover, it's always hanging since the upgrade, even though I've deleted many apps thinking that more space is the issue. Sometimes it doesn't display the names of contacts when I receive their calls. It's so painful that I'm thinking of getting rid of the phone. Very disappointing!!

Hell, KitKat was so good. After lollipop updation my phone became so slow and started hanging frequently. Hope they will role out 5.1 update for 2013 model in India soon and fix all these. :(

Hi guys,
I also upgraded without any thought as soon as I saw new update. I am using 1st gen moto g.
1) Mobile data won't work at all.
2) mobile hangs frequently.
3) Mobile became very slow.
KitKat was good... Don't updrage please..

After upgrading to lolipop . am getting beep sound as ringtone. But in ringtone settings I have selected song. Only if go and assign tone separately for contact its cmg..pls say how I can resolve it

Very bad experience with brightness settings after upgrading to lollipop. Screen becomes invisible at minimum brightness. Don't upgrade to lollipop.

Upgraded my Moto G 1st gen 2014 to lolipop 5.0.1. Working perfectly fine. One bug is there that even when ur phone is connected to 3G there will no E or H syymbol. Except that it working perfectly fine. After upgradation make sure you clean format cache partition.

Worst experience with lollipop.Pls don't upgrade to lollipop.KitKat is awesome.I want to downgrade now but der is no option at all.I love to use motog2 but aft installing lollipop I want to break the cell.

Take all ur data backup in a system
Go for the following reset procedure
Lollipop Steps
1. With the phone powered off, press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button (or Volume Down button+Volume Up button+ Power button) at the same time until the device turns on. You will see the word "Start" with an arrow around it.
2. Press the Volume Down button once to highlight "Recovery mode"
3. Press the Volume UP button to restart into Recovery mode. You'll see an image of an Android robot with a red exclamation mark and the words "No command."
4. While holding down the Power button, press the Volume Up button.
5. Use the volume buttons to scroll to "wipe data/factory reset" and press the Power button to select it.
6. Scroll down to "Yes - erase all user data" and press the Power button to select it
